Daily yoga movement sessions led by Heidi Fledderjohn, a long time student of Anusara Yoga, provide insight about aligning your body and revitalizing your sense of well being - great for beginners to more experienced enthusiasts.
Hiking and fly-fishing (as well as horseback riding in September) allow you to explore the awe-inspiring beauty of Hawley Mountain and surrounding million acres of wilderness – and even see wildlife such as deer, elk, moose, bear and Bald Eagles, while on the trail or dining at the lodge.
Take in the beauty and sense of accomplishment that comes from reaching a mountaintop or simply enjoying the peace of a mountain stream – you decide what level and challenge and we’ll guide you there.
Learning, writing and meditation sessions for you to find inner peace and tap innate skills that will help you relax, release tension and reconnect with your body, mind and spirit – wherever you are.
