Authentic Movement
Like the river, return to the source. -Tao Te Ching “Authentic Movement is a profoundly simple form in which a mover moves with eyes closed in the presence of a witness. Yielding to the inner wisdom of the body as it manifests through sensation, impulse, image, and memory, the mover experiences her/his personal, creative and spiritual truth in the presence of a nonjudgmental witness. Authentic Movement is, at its core, about trust: trust in the innate wisdom of the body and trust that this wisdom is a manifestation of the source of life itself.” -Center for Authentic Movement
Authentic Movement is a deeply joyous form of self exploration and is regenerating from the inside out. It is availble in both group and indivdual sessions.

Massage
If you can not find it within your own body, you will not find it elsewhere. - The Upanishads
Massage is an ancient practice of reducing stress and restoring equilibrium in the body. It has become increasingly relevant and popular in the modern world as stress levels elevate and the body has a less active and natural role in daily life. Massages with Heidi relieve stiffness, create more flexibility in the musculature, stimulate the lymphatic system and provide a general tonic moving the body into balance. She unblocks tension holding patterns, provides greater range of motion and a relaxed, energized feeling.

Moving Meditations
Just throw away all thoughts of imaginary things and stand firm in that which you are. - Kabir
Moving Mediation work culminate in the creation of a simple movement sequence, unique to the client, for use in stressful moments. During a set of individual sessions the client uncovers strengthens, comfort zones and internal resources. Movement patterns that reduce stress, build confidence, release anxiety, or create a sense of power or peace, drawn from many movement traditions are explored. Adding these qualities with the client’s personal movement preferences a short, recuperate sequence is built. This sequence can be taken anywhere and used anytime to return to balance. Clients uncover hidden skills, learn the art of self advocacy, develope inner calm and discover new ways to integrate and recuperate.
